GiB Design Build has over 30 years of combined experience in residential architecture and construction.

Architect Gennifer Muñoz and General Contractor Brady Quinlan met in 2015 while building a house in Hawaii.

Over the years they have worked together on countless custom residential projects in California.

In 2019 they decided to get married and started collaborating on residential design and construction projects.

Gen runs a small architecture firm called STUDIO OXEYE. Brady is a General Contractor: BQ BUILDS.

GiB Design Build represents their project collaborations and mutual love for residential design and construction.
